The calculators
All calculators run in your browser. The numbers you enter, such as income, expenses, tax rates and hours, are processed on your device and are not sent to us or stored on our servers. We do not require an account or registration.
Information recorded by our hosting provider
The site is hosted by Netlify. Like most web hosts, Netlify may automatically process technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request, for security and operation of the service. We do not control this data. You can read Netlify’s own privacy policy on its website.
Search Console
We use Google Search Console to see how the site appears in Google Search, for example which pages are indexed and which searches lead to the site. Search Console reports aggregated information and does not place tracking cookies on your device through this site.
If you email us
If you contact us, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use them only to read and respond to your message and to improve the site. We do not sell your information. We keep messages for as long as needed for that purpose.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
At the time of writing, the site does not show advertising and does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The site may store nothing on your device other than what your browser needs to display the pages.
We may add advertising (for example Google AdSense) or analytics in the future. If we do, we will update this policy before or when that happens. In that case, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on a user’s previous visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and other sites. You will be able to opt out of personalised advertising through Google’s Ads Settings, and where required we will ask for your consent through a cookie notice.

The site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please read their policies.
Children
The site is intended for a general audience of working adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices
Because we hold very little personal information, there is usually nothing to access or delete. If you have emailed us and would like us to delete your message, or if you have any question about your information, contact us and we will help where we can. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data protection law.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
